Intro Package for new clients 3 private sessions: $155
Our Intro Package allows new clients of any level to get a feel for the studio and meet a variety of instructors. Through careful one-on-one teaching, clients will learn the order of the exercises, the principles of Pilates, equipment setup, and the system of exercises that is right for your body and personal fitness goals. Most clients will continue with private sessions until they feel confident in joining a semi-private session or a group class.

Private sessions allow the instructor to develop a customized system of exercises to address each client’s needs, goals, and previous injuries. More advanced clients benefit from private instruction to improve precision, add new exercises to their Pilates workout, focus on a specific issue or rehabilitate from injury.
Semi-Private Session with Certified Instructor: $35
In a semi-private session, two to four clients work together with an instructor. These sessions are lively and motivating, and when done 2-3 times each week they deliver visible and lasting results. Many clients take a mix of semi-private and private sessions. Schedule semi-privates through the front desk since two to four clients work together we’ll make sure you're a good match.
Wall Units: $30
Wall Units 10 pack: $270
Wall unit sessions consist of the wall unit-specific system of exercise (springs, bars, resistance training) and matwork to give you a full body workout that delivers visible and lasting results. You will work through the whole repertoire of the wall unit system in this rigorous workout. You'll get the benefits of Authentic Pilates training in a small group setting.
Mat Classes: $18 (online registration and payment required)
Mat Class 10 Pack: $144 (online registration and payment required)
Proper matwork technique is the foundation of Joseph Pilates’s work and it's designed to supplement your Pilates regimen. This 55 minute class will develop core strength and flexibility all levels, beginner to advanced. We keep class sizes small which allows personal attention and ability to provide any necessary modifications.
Don’t see a day and time that works for you in our existing schedule? Ask us about adding a wall unit for you and your friends! Minimum of 3 people, maximum 5 people.
All sessions and classes are 55 minutes in length. Please note the 24-hour cancellation policy.
