At our studio, we specialize in 1:1 private training utilizing all Pilates apparatus. We also offer small group classes and a mat class to support our clients' dedication to a consistent Pilates practice.

Types of Sessions
Private Sessions
Duration: 55 minutes
Private sessions allow our instructors to develop a customized system of exercises to address your specific goals and any previous injuries. These sessions are beneficial for:
Beginners looking for an introduction to Classical Pilates
More advanced clients aiming to improve precision
Those wanting to add new exercises to their Pilates workout
Individuals focusing on a specific issue or rehabilitating from injury
Private sessions are highly recommended at any level.
Pricing:
Single session: $95
Package of 4 sessions: $360
New Client Welcome Package: $360 for 5 sessions (get the 5th session FREE - a $450 value)
Semi-Private Sessions
Duration: 55 minutes Capacity: 2-4 people
Our most popular offering, Semi-Private Sessions bring 2–4 clients together with an instructor in a supportive, small-group setting. These sessions are:
Lively and motivating – enjoy the energy of working alongside others
Highly effective – 2–3 sessions per week deliver visible, lasting results
Balanced and flexible – many clients pair Semi-Privates with Group Classes and Private Sessions for a well-rounded practice
Note: For best results, participants in a Semi-Private Session should have comparable experience and ability levels.
Pricing (per person):
Single Session: $55
6-Session Package: $300
For ongoing Semi-Private participation, please complete the Urban Pilates Semi-Private Session Agreement

New to our studio? We recommend starting with a private session for a personalized introduction to our methods and equipment.
For all clients:

Make a Purchase: Select and purchase either a single session or a package of sessions for your chosen session type.
Schedule Your Sessions:
For Private Sessions:
Once logged in and after making a purchase, navigate to our schedule page.
Choose your preferred day and time.
Confirm your booking by reviewing and reserving your selected session(s).
For Semi-Private Sessions:
Please email or text the studio directly to book these sessions.
We'll work with you to find a suitable time and help coordinate with other participants.
