  • We specialize in 1:1 private training, utilizing all Pilates apparatus. We also offer small group equipment classes and mat classes to better support our clients’ dedication to a consistent Pilates practice. If you are new to our studio, beginner classes or private sessions are pre-requisites to joining in Reformer or Wall Unit classes.

  • Not sure if we’re the right fit, but can’t afford private sessions? Try a mat class. Mat classes are all levels, including beginners. We will always suggest private sessions, however, mat classes are a safe and accessible place to start for everyone.


Classical Pilates group Equipment Classes

  • Must be injury free. Please schedule a private session if you have, or are recovering from an injury.

  • If you are new to our studio, please schedule a private session first, or alternatively, we welcome beginners to our All Levels Mat Class and Beginner Pilates classes.

Beginner Pilates

~ 4 people max ~

Tuesdays @ 8:30 am

Unlock the benefits of Pilates in our Beginner/Refresher class, designed for those new to Pilates or seeking a review of fundamental skills. This prerequisite class is essential for those aspiring to join Reformer, Wall Unit, or Wunda Chair classes. Through hands-on guidance and verbal cues, we'll explore fundamental exercises throughout the studio, emphasizing Pilates basics, equipment safety, and proper setup.

No injuries, please. If have or are recovering from an injury, please schedule a private session.

reformer

Mondays @ 7:30 am

Tuesdays @ 9:30 am

Elevate your proficiency in Classical Reformer techniques through personalized, hands-on guidance and verbal cue corrections in this intimate group setting tailored to your skill level. This class provides the perfect opportunity to strengthen, lengthen, and sculpt your body, fostering enhancements in posture, flexibility, balance, and powerhouse development.

Pre-requisite: Private sessions or Beginner Pilates Classes

Previous Classical Pilates experience required

Wall Unit (aka Tower)

~ 5 people max ~

Mondays @ 9:30 am

Tuesdays @ 6:30 am

Thursdays @ 9:30 am

Fridays @ 7:30 am

A fusion of spring resistance training and Pilates mat work, Wall Unit/Tower Classes consist of the wall unit-specific system of exercise (springs, bars, resistance training) and matwork to give you a full body workout that delivers visible and lasting results. Expect a challenging workout suitable for all levels, guided by hands-on corrections and verbal cues.

Pre-requisite: Private sessions or Beginner Pilates Classes

Previous Classical Pilates experience required

Saturday Classes

~ 4 people Max ~

Intermediate/Advanced Pilates class @ 8am

Intermediate Pilates Class @ 9am

Classical Pilates mat Classes

10 people max ~ 55 minutes

Mondays & Fridays @ 8:30 am

  • Single Class: $22

  • package of 5 - $100

  • package of 10 - $180

Classical Pilates mat work is a head to toe exercise system, without the use of springs or straps, that when properly performed will strengthen and stretch the body as well as develop body control and symmetry, leaving one feeling clear headed, lifted and focused. Pairs well with a weekly private, duet or group class session.

  • This is an All Levels Class. Beginners are welcome.

  • All equipment, including mat, is provided.

  • Must be injury free. Please schedule a private session if you have, or are recovering from an injury.

Community Pilates mat Class

15 people max ~ 40 minutes

Every 2nd friday of the month @ 5 pm

  • Single Class: $3

Fun, joyful movement for the whole family. This mat class is a community class geared toward individuals, children and parents moving together, learning the classical Pilates method for long lasting health and vitality.

  • All equipment provided. Must be injury free.

  • This is an All Levels Class. Beginners are welcome.
