Private Lessons

Urban believes new clients should begin with a series of private sessions. This initial group of sessions is important in setting the basic foundation. Through careful one-on-one teaching, clients learn the order of the exercises, the principles of Pilates, equipment setup, and a system of exercises that is right for their body and personal fitness goals. Private sessions are composed of both apparatus and matwork, this allows the instructor to develop a customized program that address each individual’s goals, needs or specific issues.

› Pilates Private Session:	$60
› 10 Pack:	$540 ($54 per session)
› 20 Pack:	$960 ($48 per session)
› Introduction to Pilates 3 Pack:	$150
This is an introductory Private Session package that is offered only once per client.
› Apprentice-Lead Private Session:	$25
NOTE: To qualify for apprentice sessions you must first complete 3 private sessions with a certified pilates instructor. This allows the certified pilates instructor to evaluate your abilities and limitations.
› 5 Pack:	$100
Be part of the process while taking a private session at Urban Pilates. Each of our apprentices from the Teacher Certification Program must complete hands-on apprenticeship in order to fulfill the requirements of their certification. When, available, apprentice sessions are offered at $25 per session or, packages of 5 sessions for $100. Please call and inquire on availability.
Scoop Account - $300+ The Scoop Account enables members to place funds on a membership account for classes and sessions. When you purchase the Scoop Account you are entitled to the pricing of any 10 pack. The Scoop Account, as in the Powerhouse Account, also allows you the flexibility of using your discount on all classes or sessions offered at Urban Pilates. Note: Apprentice-lead sessions do not receive discounts.
Powerhouse Account - $1000+ The Powerhouse Account enables members to place funds on a membership account for future classes and sessions. When you purchase the Powerhouse Account you are entitled to the same great discounts that packages of 20 or more services would offer you. The Powerhouse account gives you the most flexibility and best price on each service offered at Urban Pilates. Note: Apprentice-lead sessions do not receive discounts.
*With the Powerhouse and Scoop Accounts, detailed monthly statements of your balance and attendance can be requested at the front desk or you can access your account information anytime by registering online.*
Note: Private sessions with Head Instructor April Tillman are charged an additional premium of 10%. Purchases of a 5-20 Pack will not be charged the premium.
