Much like our existing plyo class, you will jump, lunge, squat, and crunch your way to a more agile, less injury prone, and fitter body. So tease your hair, dig your hammer pants, spandex, or velour leotard out of your closet (we know you still have 'em!) and start your weekend off right with slammin' 80's music and a fantastic workout. Like our "present day" plyo class, you may feel a little sore for a few days afterward... this isn't your mama's work out! so please take care to ask questions when you have them, use the modifications our bodacious instructor shows you, and listen to your body. you won't regret it, and you'll see and feel the results almost instantly!
