Spring Conditioning (Athletic Shoes Required)

Sun and Sea season is just around the corner and Urban's Spring Conditioning class is specifically designed to help you look and feel your best! This full body workout focuses on balance, proprioception (awareness of body position in relation to one's environment), core, and resistance training. This class is for all fitness levels and will help you tone those muscles, shred those calories, and reduce injury with your chosen sport or just regular daily activities.
